Heads Up: There's some talk of trauma and abuse during this episode!
We have a returning guest in Karrel, and she is not alone this time, her sister Kari Carter is in the house as we return to the beautiful Trinidad and Tobago. Kari made me laugh so much that I lost track of time. We touch on some heavy topics in this episode, such as immigration, dealing with a father who isn't the picture that you imagined, and forgiveness. Hold up; it's not all darkness here. There's plenty of light, and that's why this podcast exists. Kari can be a motivational speaker or should consider having an audiobook at least. For once, I wished I made a video recording of an episode. A big thank you again to the awesome Karrel for making this episode possible.
We also had for the first time, a cameo by my daughter in the studio. Surprisingly she was quiet most of the time (her mom showing up during recording also kept her distracted).
